    Extremely Bad experience. Went to purchase a study desk on 3rd November. They said its in stock and took the advance stating they will call us when the desk has arrived from their Penrith warehouse to showroom. No one bothered calling. When called to inquire they said its not in stock and will take a week to arrive. 2 weeks later called again for followup. they said it is in warehouse and will take another week to deliver. When requested cancellation of order they said they can deliver it next day to compensate for the delay and requested full amount. Next day did not heard from anyone.

    We purchased two king single mattresses six years ago and received great service.

    This year a leak caused one mattress to go a little mouldy. Bedding manager Mathew went above and beyond when helping us with dupe receipts and quotes to take for a tribunal claim against our solar installer. He then went above and beyond when we went into the store to purchase new mattresses. Friendly, professional and caring. I'll definitely go back.

    Standing and waited for half an hour to find out if product in stock . Under staffed. No one attend to us. Terrible service. We got sick of waiting so we just walked out without buying anything.
