  I happened to stumble across these reviews and was astounded by the poor reviews as I have only found Garry's Auto & Batteries to be OUTSTANDING in both customer service, in particular Stuart and his team and with servicing my Toyota and Hyundai. I just want to say WELL DONE, to the team at Garry's Auto & Batteries. If people are shy about service costs, try going to a dealership then you will realise what value they are getting at Garry's Autos.

  The guys at Garry's Auto were fantastic in diagnosing problems with my car, problems that were too hard for others. Professional service and in-depth knowledge amounts to a great experience. Thank you so much for looking after me and my family's cars over the years. Very handy location in Castle Hill as well.

  Worst Mechanic ever, Please don't take any smallest service with these guys. They are real cheats! they cheated me charging to diagnose for ABS problem. They charged 2hours of labor $229 and scan tool charge of $100. When I checked with other mechanic they said only $55 for scan tool for diagnosing the problem. So I believe you can understand how these guys are. Beware of these big cheats! Don't go to them for any service.

  Great Service and guys know their stuff but a $100 charge for a scan tool on top of a hourly labour rate to diagnose an srs fault is a bit steep

  I don't often write reviews but I took my Mazda in for a service last week and had to commend you. The customer service was great, you didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and communicated with me on when it would be ready...and delivered on that promise. Very happy compared to the other places I have been. I'll be telling my friends and bringing back my other car!
