  Owner is friendly, great collection of books. Love the interior! I bring my daughter there to pick her books, I too like some of the books there. Best bookstore in the area.

  The store was the usual Dymocks aside from the staff member Makayla who had an extremely poor attitude and inability to be polite.

  Ordered a book that I was told I could pick up in about a week when they call. After a week had passed and I received no call I called in only to be notified that the suppliers stock had run out as soon as I placed the order for the book, so now have to wait again with no difinitive timeframe for the book to be reprinted and posted. Shoulda just ordered off amazon.

  I was thinking of buying books online but thought I'd give it a go at visiting this bookshop. However I was dissapointed with the horrible customer service. They were rude and arrogant. Never buying from this store ever. Back to online shopping !

  Despite having shopped at Dymocks for a long time to support independent bookstores, I will not go back to this particular store. They refuse any reasonable attempt to get a refund, even when meeting all the requirements laid out on their website. The points systems is also a joke. No wonder people turn to online for deals and fair treatment.
