    However I have tried to book one of my cars for service last week and received very poor response. When I rang the reception could not connect my call to the service department for more than 10 minutes. She finally got my phone number and told me that somebody from service will ring me but that never happened.

    I don't care that the panel was broken, if someone had just told me with 'hand on heart' that this piece broke during access I wouldn't even be angry, I'd actually be happy since that's was people with integrity do. - I'd be happy to come back another day to get a new panel and to return for servicings.

    With no call back or email confirmation after a week, I called to make the appointment. - no real hassle, but if you have the facility for Online bookings, what's the point if you're not using it for your target market.

    The fact that whoever worked on my car did that and didn't tell anyone and covered up their mess with double sided tape is stupid. I haven't seen double sided tape since I was in Grade school helping the teacher put posters up. (:

    I sent an on line booking request yesterday no response yet. Rang this morning at about 11 am and the same thing happened. On hold for about 12 minutes! The girl again wanted my phone number to ring me back which I refused since nobody rang me back last time. Finally I managed to get my car booked for service today but I have to now wait 10 days for that since they are fully booked.

    Servicing: When it came to booking on top of my 60k service, I told the operator to have the back-light or globe replaced on the transmission panel as it stopped working. - no dramas as it's under warranty.

    Post light Servicing plus 1 week: I started to hear and notice a small panel buzz at speed and thought maybe the TransPanel shrouding wasn't properly engaged. To my surprise, it wasn't, as it had small pieces of double sided tape holding it down as the clips were snapped clean off.

    First of all, this is not directed at the Sales team just the Service Centre at the back and the lack of integrity for something so small of a task (in my case, a broken clip), speaks volumes if I were to question their level of detail when it comes to any other work.

    I give Castle Hill Toyota one Star. Not because I dislike the brand, but with no smiling faces and no helping attitude from customer service (a "oh, it's you.. go over there and see that guy [spoken with Catty undertones]) after the fact, is one experience enough for me to not come back.. plus I had to come in twice as they, surprise - surprise had no spare parts (for work they already know is coming)
